Dear Buyers Good morning, as you get these blankets direct from Amazon and you deal directly with amazon customer service if any issues as they are very good and helpful. I am myself buying amazon products and very rare I do get issues. One thing is the blanket sizes you check before you order as it has x small, small and medium sizes .
